What NurseShift Africa is

A community built by a nurse, for nurses navigating what comes after the bedside

NurseShift Africa began as a community for African nurses interested in opportunities beyond traditional bedside nursing. It has grown into a network of healthcare professionals across Africa and the diaspora, learning together about remote healthcare, healthcare operations, digital health, AI, and the international pathways opening up across the profession.

We are not a staffing agency or a job board. We are the place where healthcare professionals get ready: building CVs and LinkedIn profiles that are actually seen, learning the digital tools modern healthcare roles expect, and connecting with a community and a growing network of partners who are building the future of healthcare work alongside us.
